Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake

I cannot put enough stars! When I called Larry and told him the cheesecake was for my 88 year old mom's birthday and her health situation, even though it was after to 2pm deadline for next day order, he said he would have it done! He asked my mom what she like and he came up with Lemon Delight with Raspberry top! It was hands down one of the best Cheesecakes I have ever had! Mom did not have much appetite but she sure did for that and had a piece the next day too! Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed.
