This is NOT some supermarket gluten free graham cracker, this is our own recipe for fresh baked Gluten Free Graham Flavored Crust with all natural ingredients: NO Xanthan Gum, NO Nut Flour and NO Preservatives. And tastes delicious... Yes, we have a Gluten Free chocolate cookie version as well!

Gluten Free Crust is made using Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Cinnamon, Honey, Sugar, Milk and Vanilla.

All whole gluten free cheesecakes are Soy Free!  No soy lecithin,  we use Sunflower.
