Yes, 100% Gluten Free Cheesecake plus a 100% Gluten Free Graham Cracker "flavored" Crust made without graham whole wheat flour! How did we do it?
Our Cheesecake Batter is made without products containing gluten, but everyone also wants a delicious crust, so we worked on a recipe for our own baked graham cracker "tasting" crust.
This is NOT some supermarket gluten free graham cracker, this is fresh baked with all natural ingredients: NO Xanthan Gum, NO Soy, NO Nut Flour and NO Preservatives. And tastes delicious... In fact, you will be hard pressed to taste any difference.
We use Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Avocado Oil, Sugar, Honey, Molasses, Cinnamon, Eggs, Salt and Vanilla.
All whole gluten free cheesecakes are Soy Free! No soy lecithin, we use Sunflower.
*Note: The Cheesecake and the flavored crust DOES NOT contain Gluten. However, these are made in a facility that processes dairy, egg, and wheat!
