First we blend our New York Cheesecake with Cocoa Powder; and then put all of it on top of crushed Gluten Free Chocolate cookie crust. If that's not enough, ADD more Chocolate with Optional Chocolate Ganache with Chocolate Curls or a White Cream Cheese Frosting. Whoa that's a lot of Chocolate! One more time, Whoop Whoop!

Yes, 100% Gluten Free Cheesecake plus a 100% Gluten Free Graham Cracker "flavored" Crust made without graham whole wheat flour, AND a Chocolate Cookie version also! How did we do it?
Our Cheesecake Batter is made without products containing gluten, but everyone also wants a delicious crust, so we worked on a recipe for our own baked graham cracker "tasting" crust.
This is NOT some supermarket gluten free graham cracker, this is fresh baked with all natural ingredients: NO Xanthan Gum, NO Nut Flour and NO Preservatives. And tastes delicious... In fact, you will be hard pressed to taste any difference.
We use Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Avocado Oil, Sugar, Honey, Molasses, Cinnamon, Eggs, Salt and Vanilla.
ALL CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKES ARE NOT SOY FREE!
*Note: The Cheesecake and the flavored crust DOES NOT contain Gluten. However, these are made in a facility that processes dairy, egg, and wheat! This product is NOT Celiac safe since baking pans, work surfaces, tools and equipment used to produce these items also come into contact with products containing gluten.
