We top all of that with a Special Rich Vanilla Cheesecake, better than any Mascarpone, lightly flavored with Sweet Florio Marsala with ripples of Espresso Truffle Cream; topped with thick clouds of Cream Cheese frosting infused with more Marsala & Espresso, lightly dusted with Ghirardelli Premium Dark Cocoa.
