New Bakery Test Kitchen

The future is bright as our new State-of-the-Art Bakery Test Kitchen received its final inspections and is now licensed to operate.

This is the newest addition to our business, a dedicated facility for developing and testing all sorts of yummy and delicious products.  This was conceived over 3 years ago, we had all of our designs and approvals in hand by February 2020, then within weeks it was the end of the world.

The Pandemic not only shut down the food industry, but the resulting construction material skyrocketing costs, moratorium on building permits, lack of available contractors and lingering supply chain issues for commercial bakery equipment, led to a very long delayed concept.

But, its all finished and we are raring to go!
